▼To retain us
When we succeed in achieving your best interests (or a portion thereof), we will charge you a contingency fee based on the price of the retainer fee and depending on the degree of success. Additionally, you are responsible for actual expenses including revenue stamps postage and other costs incurred.
Consultation Fee
JPY5,250 for a consultation. A consultation will take about 30 minutes.
Claim for lending money/real estate
Concerning an application of monetary claim for lending money, account receivable, damages due to a motor vehicle accident, medical malpractice, mental suffering, etc., attorney's fee depends on the amount of claim. Attorney's fee also depends on the amount of real estate value, when it comes to a claim regarding real estate. The baseline for the attorney's fee is similar to monetary claim.
However, we may charge an additional fee on the amount listed below for a case which is complex, difficult to calculate damages, or when we need to associate outside counsel. If we need to charge an additional fee, we confer with the client to determine the additional amount before we undertake a case.

If the parties do not agree to divorce by dediation, the case need to be filed as a divorce suit after mediation. In this case, we charge JPY105,000fee in addition to the original retainer fee of JPY210,000 for mediation. When a dediation or divorce suit is accompanied by monetary claim such as compensation for suffering distribution of property or child support, we charge a higher amount of either the retainer fee set for divorce or the retainer fee according to baseline of monetary claim above.

Attonery's fee for distribtution of assets and shares is determined by baseling for monetary claim.However we may reduce the fee amount in cosideration of disputes among family members. Anyway, we determine the aomunt for attorney's fee after we confer with you.
